How much does a roof replacement cost?
It depends on the size and pitch of your roof, how many old layers have to come off, whether any of the wood decking underneath needs replacing, and the shingles you choose. We inspect first, then give you a free, transparent written estimate before any work starts.
Do I need a roof repair or a full replacement?
Not every leak needs a new roof. A few missing or lifted shingles, or worn flashing around a chimney or vent, can usually be repaired. Damage across much of the roof, or a roof at the end of its life, usually means a replacement. We inspect, photograph what we find and tell you which makes sense.
What are the signs my roof needs attention?
Water stains on a ceiling or in the attic, missing, cracked or curling shingles, shingle granules collecting in the gutters, and worn flashing around chimneys and vents. Hail and wind damage often can’t be seen from the ground, so an inspection after a storm is worth it.
How soon can you inspect my roof?
Usually the same day you call. We get up on the roof, photograph what we find and walk you through it.
